You may be eligible for the de minimis source exemption if the source's uncontrolled potential to emit (PTE) of each of the following does not exceed ten pounds per day: particulate matter, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, organic compounds, carbon monoxide, lead or any other air contaminant.
