The Waste Generator Module in eCAP® is designed to help facilities comply with the regulations outlined in the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) as codified in 40 CFR Parts 260-279 as well as state and local regulations. The selections under this module will be defined based upon the facility’s waste practices. The programs include Off-Site Disposal and On-Site Treatment Storage Disposal Facility.
