What is Annual Compliance Certification?

Monday, November 29, 2010 by August Mack Environmental, Inc.

An Annual Compliance Certification (ACC) is an annual report where a facility certifies it compliance status with the conditions in its air permit. The ACC is required by facilities operating under a Title V operating permit or a federally enforceable state operating permit and must be submitted to the permitting agency. In Indiana, the permitting agency is the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM). The date these are due vary from permit to permit so it is important to be familiar with your permit in order to know when your ACC report is due.

Call 800.579.0770 if you have any questions about annual compliance certifications and ask to speak with an environmental compliance technician at August Mack Environmental.
