Boiler MACT

Hospitals, universities, hotels, and many other facilities quite often have boilers at their facility. So the first question to ask and answer is....  "Is there a boiler at our facility?" If the answer is "Yes", then you could possibly be affected by the boiler MACT regulations. Many facilities that may have not previously been affected by air permitting requirements may now be subject to the regulations associated with the boiler MACT.
