Are you violating the Clean Water Act?

Hopefully your organization is not in violation of the Clean Water Act (CWA), but seven facilities located in North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, and South Carolina were recently cited for CWA violations.  They were cited for stormwater-related violations, discharge of wastewater, and discharge of sewage.  The EPA is requiring all of the facilities to implement remediation activities.  To read about this case, click here.

EPA's Compliance Incentives
