Recently August Mack’s eCAP program was approved as a Supplemental Environmental Project (SEP) by the EPA. This allowed our client to utilize eCAP as an Environmental Management System (EMS) as part of an agreed order. A SEP is an environmentally beneficial project which a violator voluntarily agrees to perform as part of a settlement of an enforcement action. This webinar will explain August Mack’s eCAP program as it relates to a SEP.
