New guidance may change the way these situations are evaluated, cleaned up, and closed.

The Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) recently issued the pending Remediation Closure Guide (RCG) and Remediation Program Guide (RPG). These documents will replace the Risk Integrated System of Closure (RISC) Technical Guide and RISC User’s Guide issued in final form on February 15, 2001. The pending guides vary significantly from the previous guidance documents.

This webinar will outline the changes between the RISC guidance documents and the pending documents, as well as provide important information as to how the changes might impact on-going closure activities and closures in the future.
