Environmental Compliance 101

The Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 provides the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) the right to perform inspections and investigations of our U.S. workplaces. In order to determine if companies are following the standards issued by the agency, compliance officers are given the right to access our businesses, often times with little to no notice.
