The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (Ohio EPA) is issuing a renewal of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) general permit that would authorize storm water discharges associated with industrial activity. This permit may result in changes to your facility’s storm water program, including new storm water sampling protocols.
