Monday, June 27, 2011 by Marketing Department
Federal Regulation (40 CFR 112) requires facilities with aggregate aboveground oil storage capacity greater than or equal to 1,320 gallons, to develop and implement a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plan. Under certain conditions, these facilities must report discharges of oil to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and/or other federal, state and local government agencies.

This webinar will review what to do in the case of an oil spill including, how to respond, who needs to be contacted and discharge reporting procedures.

Register for this September 27th Environmental Compliance Requirements webinar.
