Are you aware that the regulations regarding the control of hazardous energy (lockout/tagout) require periodic inspections? Better yet, do you know how often (at a minimum) these inspections must be conducted? And if you are performing these inspections, are you documenting this effort so you can provide proof in case a regulatory inspector pays a visit to your facility?
