Does your company use high production volume (HPV) chemicals? If so, there is a chance that one or more of these chemicals may be included in a new revision to the EPA’s Toxic Substances Control Act. This revision requires that companies using any of 19 widely used HPVs submit data to the EPA reporting the chemical’s effects on health and the environment.
