August Mack has a recorded webinar available on the new lead rules set to impact contractors across the county. In April of this year, under the Toxic Substances Control Act, a new rule will be enacted that will impact contractors performing renovation, repair and painting projects that disturb lead-based paints in residential buildings, child care facilities and schools built before 1978. Contractors will now need to be certified and must follow specific work practices. This webinar will discuss the new rule and how it will impact contractors.
