It is hard to pick up a magazine or turn on the TV these days without coming across some advertisement for “green” products or “eco-friendly” lifestyle changes we can make to contribute to the reversal of global warming and other environmental damage. I’ve even seen an article on “greening-up” your stock portfolio. I know that some folks would make the argument that this "green-wash" can be misleading and even provide a false sense of comfort. In the grand scheme of things, the movement towards becoming responsible keepers of our planet is an effort that started decades ago with the first environmental laws being passed. So, what is different this time around? With this question in mind, I went on a search for indications that this “revolution” is here to stay.
