As the employer of a business, you must take care of your work environment the way you would take care of your own home.  The work environment houses the employees, which are the life of the business.  In order to maintain the life in your business, you must make it a priority to maintain a safe working environment.  While assessing your working environment, you must make it known if there are any hazards to look out for, and supply your employees with the proper equipment to keep them safe from such hazards.  Maintaining a safe and clean working environment is essential to a good business.
