Did you know that the average US household consumes an average of 100 gallons per person per day? If one were to add all the indirect usages as well, that 100 gallons would increase to about 1300 gallons per person per day. This is quite a bit of water usage, to say the least. We have to be responsible as a society and try to lessen our water usage as much as possible. There are plenty of actions we can do to achieve the goal of conserving more water. For instance, make sure that the faucets are all the way off. Also, don't water your grass so frequently. Some other conserving tricks are to shave some time off your showers, and to turn off the faucet when you are brushing your teeth. If we work together, we can lessen our water usage, and thereby, conserve water and money.
